Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Advertising Sales Manager to join our team at Mediaville. The Advertising Sales Manager will be responsible for selling advertising space to potential and existing clients, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advertising, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve sales targets and optimize revenue from advertising sales, ensuring our services align with market demands.
    • Continuously analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments to stay ahead in the competitive advertising landscape.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Foster and sustain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
    • Work closely with clients to comprehend their advertising objectives, tailoring comprehensive solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations.
  3. Advertising Sales:
    • Sell advertising space across Mediaville owned platforms, including web, mobile, print, and various media formats, ensuring a wide reach for our clients' campaigns.
    • Skillfully negotiate advertising contracts, closing deals that are mutually beneficial for both clients and Mediaville.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with the creative team to develop persuasive advertising proposals and presentations, aligning creative visions with clients' goals.
  4. Sales Performance Analysis:
    • Continuously monitor and analyze sales metrics, evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns.
    • Prepare regular, detailed sales reports, extracting valuable insights to present to the management team, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  5. Market Research:
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, ensuring our offerings remain innovative and relevant.
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and lucrative advertising opportunities, driving business growth and expansion.
  6. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and production, ensuring seamless coordination for the flawless execution of advertising campaigns.
    • Provide detailed feedback and insights from client interactions to internal teams, facilitating continuous improvement in our services and offerings, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in advertising sales, preferably in a creative agency setting.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose effective advertising solutions.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising trends and platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
